Great news for ADF/ ADF Contractor Aircraft Technicians
Did you know you can now complete Aviation Australia’s CASR Part 66 Module 10 –Aviation Legislation course as credit towards part of your DASR 66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation accreditation?
DASA are allowing, through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Process, for both military and contractor personnel to utilise the CASR Part 66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation credit along with DASR Part 66 Practitioner and DASR Part 145 Practitioner course credits, in lieu of sitting DASR Part 66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation.
Aviation Australia offers a five-day instructor-led training course to satisfy the requirements of CASR Part 66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation. The instructor-led course is an absolute must for maintenance engineers to gain holistic knowledge on Parts 21, 66, 145, 147 and Part M/42 frameworks, certification for maintenance, air operations and other applicable national/international requirements.
For those that have been issued DRAFT DASA Part 66 MAML’s you need to complete the requirements of DASR Part 66 Module 10 – Aviation Legislation by the following dates:
- for military staff holding draft licences – by 01 Aug 18;
- for contractor staff holding draft licences – by 30 Sep 18
