Perform Borescope Inspections – MEA366

The course is a blended training solution of instructor-led theory, and instructor-led practical training and assessment.

Utilising state-of-the-art borescope equipment, the training covers a wide variety of maintenance inspections on training aids, aircraft and engines.

Course participants must complete a minimum of 20 hours of practical on-the-job experience and must complete a Journal of Experience (JOE) in their respective workplace.

The course is delivered over 3 days with comprehensive pre-course reading material that must be read prior to commencement of training.

Pre-requisite: Course participants must hold a CASR Part 66 B1 aircraft maintenance engineers licence and/or an AQF qualification(s) that contain the unit of competency: MEA313 or MEA314 or MEA322 or MEA387 or MEA388
