CASR Part 66 Module 10 Aviation Legislation (CASA)

Category: Engineering TrainingUpskilling Available For: Domestic Students

CASR Part 66 Module 10 Aviation Legislation (formerly known under the CAR31 system as “CASA Basic AA”) is one of the basic knowledge modules required in order to be eligible to apply for a CASR Part 66 A or B Category Licence.

Aviation Australia offers a five day, instructor-led course that covers the entire syllabus and includes both the examination and essay which are conducted on the last day of course.

Aviation Australia now has the capability to provide instructor-led theory training via our online platforms for this course, which you may wish to consider if you are impacted by current travel restrictions.

Module 10 is the only Part 66 module that CASA allow engineers to sit in lieu of the CASA Basic AA.

It is also perfect for New Zealand CAA licensed engineers wanting to convert their licence to a CASR Part 66 licence under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement (TTMRA).

Please note all training material will be provided electronically, via our online learning management system called DOTS or USB stick, you will be required to bring your own device (laptop/tablet) for the duration of the course, as printed training materials will not be provided.
