Aviation Australia regards all information collected as private. Information supplied to Aviation Australia will only be used for the administrative and educational purposes of Aviation Australia. Personal information will not be distributed to other individuals except when:

• An Individual has consented to the disclosure of their personal information, or
• Aviation Australia is required by Government or Court authorities, in accordance with Government Legislation, to disclose individual's information, or
• Disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the life or health of any person.
