LEARN OR IMPROVE YOUR ENGLISH IN AN AVIATION BASED TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

For those pursuing aviation or other technical careers you will learn in an environment that puts English language training in an applied context. This ensures the training is far more relevant and interesting, providing you with a broader understanding of the English language that you will be able to use in aviation and other technically orientated careers.

English Language Training

Aviation Australia's English Language Centre is located in the Brisbane International Airport precinct where you will be surrounded by aviation activity and other Australian and international students involved in aviation studies.

Our English language training courses will equip you with the requirements for entrance into Aviation Australia's Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and Certificate II in Aviation (Flight Operations) programs.

In addition to our English language courses, you may wish to consider taking advantage of our extensive network of relationships with high quality English language institutions throughout Australia and overseas.

Aviation Australia is able to recognise suitable qualifications from the English Pathway schools listed below instead of an IELTS certificate.

If you choose this option, please advise the English school of your intention to join Aviation Australia, so you can be directed to the most suitable programme and informed about the required achievement levels. You must achieve a level at least 5.5 IELTS with no sub band score below 5.0.

Please note that you may still be required to present an IELTS score if you do not achieve the necessary result at your English school as assessed by the Aviation Australia admissions manager, or if required by the Australian Immigration Department in relation to your visa process.

Aviation Australia does not provide assistance with booking into our English Pathway schools, so please contact the school or your education agent directly.
